PULL [UPDATED TO GLOBAL]

Pull feed enables automatic job vacancy synchronization. Your provided job list determines what appears on StepStone – new jobs are published, removed jobs go offline, and changes update automatically.

Job advertisements stay visible until removed from your feed or contract expiration. StepStone retrieves XML data (RSS or custom format) from your system via HTTP/HTTPS on a mutually agreed schedule.

How it works

Pull type integration works as follows:

The scheduler activates the feed to retrieve your vacancy list and compare it against your existing StepStone listings. Each job is then processed as new, requiring updates, marked for deletion, or left unchanged.

The most common causes of failures are source containing invalid data structure or missing mandatory data.
