Product Portfolio

Introduction

This page provides an overview of the available product portfolio for each listed country.

The applicable product is transmitted in the country-specific product field as defined in the corresponding XML Integration Guide:

Types

Duration

The type Duration means that the listing is valid for a defined publication period.

The listing expiration date is calculated as follows:

For PUSH integrations, StepStone calculates the listing expiration date and returns it in the publication response.

Subscription

With the Subscription type, the listing remains published until the contract end date or until the customer takes the listing offline or removes it through the integration.

For PUSH integrations, StepStone returns the contract expiration date as the listing expiration date.

Important: In the subscription model, the customer contract is automatically renewed unless the customer terminates it at least three months before the contract end date.

If the listing should not remain online after the contract is renewed, it must be taken offline before the current contract end date.

If the listing is not taken offline before the contract renewal, it will automatically be renewed together with the customer contract and will remain online. StepStone will not take the listing offline automatically.

Programmatic

For the Programmatic type, the job listing is created on StepStone but is not published automatically.

Publication is controlled through the campaign settings in the Appcast system and is coordinated jointly by the StepStone campaign consultant and the customer.

The listing can still be taken offline at any time through the partner system.
